BRB Australia represents the newest member of the Allcorp family and this client came to us for some advice and assistance after having difficulties with their previous website designer. While they were satisfied with the overall work provided by their previous supplier, they did find it difficult to communicate with the business as the owner had downsized their operation to a part time business. With the owner of the previous agency having to find full time employment elsewhere, they unfortunately were unable to provide the same levels of customer service to their clients.

This in turn frustrated our client and slowed the process of fine tuning their website down drastically. It was a situation where our client would email their previous supplier during normal business hours and received a response back at midnight. This low efficiency approach was soon too much for our client to bear and they started looking for a new website developer and designer to work with.
