Our long term client at OrthoShep has expanded their business to now have 2 practices. One in Cairns and a new one opening up in Atherton.

As his business is new to Atherton, there would be no Google Search rankings for people in Atherton and using the word Atherton as a search string. We came up with the following keywords to optimise the site:

Cairns Orthopaedic Specialist
Cairns Orthopaedic Surgeon
Cairns Hip Transplants
Cairns Knee Transplants
Cairns Shoulder Replacement
Atherton Orthopaedic Specialist
Atherton Orthopaedic Surgeon
Atherton Hip Transplants
Atherton Knee Transplants
Atherton Shoulder Replacement

We added meta tags to each page of their site, geo location tags and description tags. We also applied alt image tags with rich keyword content to every image on their website. After the groundwork was all completed we added 10 new keyword heavy content pages, robots.txt file and site-map. The site was then verified in Google via a html generated key.

With all this only recently being completed, we expect the site to take another week to claw it's way up the rankings and expect to be reporting to the client this time next week with the results.
