Our Townsville and Cairns video teams both got involved on this one, something that Allcorp can achieve because we're located in both Cairns and Townsville. We did various location shoots in both towns to showcase the calibre of clients along with showing happy workers enjoying themselves on the job at these locations.

These days it is important to show a business as being a great and fun place to work if you want to attract the discerning and picky employees who are willing to work.

We will of course be following this up with a marketing push to direct people to the website and video content as well as the newly developed employee lead generation form.

A 'cleanskin' version of this video also appears on the website landing page. We do this because when a user clicks on our YouTube ad link, they are taken to the website which immediately has the same asset playing. This provides an extra touchpoint with our audience which helps to develop trust.
