Our great long term client at Cairns & Townsville Cleaning Contractors have been entrusting us with their marketing for many years. Starting off with commissioning us to design them two Cairns and Townsville website design projects for each location the business operates. Then came a task to perform Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) on both their websites.
SEO is a product that Allcorp understand very well and we are one of the most experienced providers of this service in Australia, having started experimenting and learning with the process since the year 2000. When it comes to performing SEO, there are no rules and search engines such as Google have provided no real documentation as to how they rank and evaluate websites. The process all comes down to experimentation and learning over many years to effectively work it out.
The Cairns website design process we use involves a lot of work from a code level where we write html and css code that make up the structure of how a website appears visually. By working on a Cairns website design at this level, rather than the alternative of working with a visual template editor such as WordPress, we can hide a lot of relevant keyword content at the code level.
With Cairns & Townsville Cleaning Contractors, we found that the SEO we performed worked extremely well for all except 1 set of keywords relating to Carpet Cleaning. Because this was a relatively new service that was added to their Cairns website design only recently, the website had no previous track record of having this type of content. The result was that it proved difficult to get the website to rank for carpet cleaning related keywords. This is sometimes the case when it comes to SEO.
Our solution for the client was to design and develop an independent Cairns website design all centred on their carpet cleaning services. By having only carpet cleaning content on their new website we aren't competing with the other cleaning relative keywords that their other two websites are dominating and can therefore focus on bringing the rankings of this new carpet cleaning website upwards. With cross link sharing between all three websites, this new Cairns website design will also benefit by having a backlink to a very successful search engine optimised website which will help with this new campaign.
The ultimate result will be that the client will appear all over the top of a Google Search with multiple listings all taking away space from their competitors.
