The new Cairns website design for Living The Dream Downunder has now had it's custom programming completed to make the eCommerce content management system (CMS) function with the design templates our website designers prepared.
The client wanted to be able to sell his range of products online and also have the ability to manage his inventory. The design templates that our Cairns website designer created, which is also fully responsive to all screen sizes, are now linked up with this new custom coded website backend. This means the client can login to their website and make changes to their products including updating prices, adding photos, descriptions and titles and also marking the item as coming soon or for sale now.
We've handled the freight for this new Cairns website design and development project to be applied as a flat price for each state that needs to be inputed when adding a product that is for sale.
On the front end, users are able to enquire about any of the products via a website form, or, if available, purchase the item via a separate form which calculates the postage and handles the payment securely. For this Cairns website design project we have opted to use Stripe as our payment method. By using Stripe to handle payments means we don't have to worry about taking on the responsibility for any fraudulent payments that might be made as Stripe is intensely secure and meets all banking industry guidelines.
By custom developing our eCommerce CMS system for Living The Dream Downunder we have the ability to meet the client brief perfectly as we are coding to build a program rather than trying to adapt someone elses widget into a WordPress website.
